Return & Refund Policy

At LithiumSafe Fire, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products — including fire extinguishers classified as dangerous goods — we maintain a strict return and refund policy to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Return Eligibility

  • You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to request a return or refund.
  • Any request made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or partially used fire extinguishers
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery
  • Items not in their original packaging or with missing components

Return Authorization

  • All returns must be authorized in advance by LithiumSafe Fire.

  • Unauthorized returns or shipments sent without approval will be refused.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • All returns must be packaged safely and in compliance with hazardous material shipping regulations.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
